Our Vision
Women in Da’awah Association envisions a world where women become positive role models through scholarship and moral rejuvenation

Our Mission
- To propagate the accurate message of Islam in theory and practice through massive re-education and empowerment of women Islamic preachers.

- To unite women Da’awah groups through provision of a strong and efficient structure in Nigeria.

OUR PROJECTS

WAQF PROJECT

The organization has articulated a plan to institute an endowment project, specifically focused on education of vulnerable children including the Almajiri segment. The project has taken off with forms distributed, account opened and project officer appointed. The methodology for management and utilization of funds is being prepared.

DRUG AND MARITAL PROBLEMS

Women & family welfare and wellbeing is the central focus of Women in Da’awah. This is the main reason for our interest and concern on the current scourge of marital disharmony, divorce and drug addiction that is threatening to destroy the backbone and lifeline of our communities and the country in general.

FEMALE WRITERS PROJECT

This is an intervention to encourage the production of socially relevant literature especially for children and youths. WID believes Muslim women especially mothers can bring a fresh perspective to early education literature that shapes the worldview and socialization process of Muslim children.

ALMAJIRI PROJECT

Helping the Almajiri child with necessary tools and lectures ......
